Membership in the Association is open to eligible adult female Neni born citizens from the age of thirty or after marriage, and living in abroad.
- Daughters of Neni town in Anaocha (LGA) in Anambra State, Nigeria, residing in the United States of America and Canada who have paid their registration fee.
- Fully registered and meet other financial obligations of the Association.
- A financial member is a member in good financial standing.
